After your order has been processed it will take 5 to 7 business days before you should receive your product.
All sales are considered final and non-refundable after 30 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
** If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10 business days after the refund has been approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

** For approved Distributor returns, we will initiate a refund to the original credit card used (or original method of payment) minus a 50% restocking fee if commissions have already been paid out for the week of the order.
